The South East Consortium (SEC) is a not for profit organisation representing social housing providers in London and the South East. SEC take a lead role in providing customers with procurement solutions. This newly created role supports our Technical Services Manager in discovering what our individual Clients need – and from this developing practical, asset management related options. You’ll be joining a rich learning environment - expanding your knowledge of the sector and introducing you to a wide network of housing providers and leading contractors.
You’ll have a practical understanding of asset management in housing and recognise the importance of good procurement. You’ll be solution-focused, have strong analytical skills and able to engage with Clients at all levels. You’ll need to be self-motivated, flexible and prepared to travel to meet Clients and Contractors.
