The South East Consortium (SEC) is a not for profit organisation representing social housing providers in London and the South East.  SEC take a lead role in providing customers with procurement solutions. We focus our service on making things easy for our customer, developing their options and shaping the outcomes that best serve them.  You can explore more about us at www.southeastconsortium.org.uk

This newly created role supports our Technical Services Manager in discovering what our individual Clients need – and from this developing practical, asset management related options.  You’ll be joining a rich learning environment - expanding your knowledge of the sector and introducing you to a wide network of housing providers and leading contractors. 

You’ll have a practical understanding of asset management in housing and recognise the importance of good procurement.  You’ll be solution-focused, have strong analytical skills and able to engage with Clients at all levels. You’ll need to be self-motivated, flexible and prepared to travel to meet Clients and Contractors.

Your supporting statement will outline how you can support the vision and purpose of SEC – and how you meet the essential criteria.
