We’re looking for someone exceptional who wants to make a difference and strives in a challenging fast paced environment. If you have a proven track record of providing project management support from procurement, processing of documents, administering accurate compliance and file management records. Combined with the natural ability to work with a wide range of internal stakeholders, then a fabulous opportunity has arisen to join us as a Facilities Assistant on a 6 month FTC.

In this exciting 6 month fixed term contract, you’ll support the Head of Facilities throughout a planned review of service delivery.

You’ll engage and advocate in delivering a variety of projects, from database foundation and population to low-complexity project management and workflow designs.

You’ll work collaboratively with Facilities Managers to support the assurance of contractor management compliance to ensure data integrity.

You’ll be responsible for raising purchase orders and authorising invoice payments.

You’ll have previous experience as a Project / Team administrator within a multi-faceted organisation.

You’ll have thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and SharePoint).

You’ll have previous experience supporting in the deliverance of project management tasks.

You’ll have excellent communication skills and able to effectively work with a wide range of business areas.

You’ll be able to productively prioritise workload and manage time appropriately to ensure your tasks are achieved.

You’ll have exceptional organisational skills and able to handle multiple overlapping tasks and challenges.
