This role is Covering North London - candidates will do 2 1/2 days on a small scheme and the rest of the time you will visit other schemes is cover for other Scheme Managers and emergencies.

What you'll be doing
We're looking to expand our Neighbourhoods Team of dynamic, diverse people by hiring an experienced Scheme Manager. The post holder will provide an effective housing management and support service to all residents within defined policies and procedures in accordance with agreed standards. By working directly with multi-agency partners which embraces Optivo culture, current and future legislation, policy, procedure and best practice. Conduct assessments of risk and need and provide personalised support to residents.
You will be joining an amazing team! To actively promote and encourage resident involvement and participation, in liaison with other teams as required. Supporting residents to use online services where appropriate.
