Salary: £20,445 pro rata

What you’ll be doing
You will provide an efficient and effective service as a member of the caretaking team. You will ensure that adequate stock control is kept of all materials, equipment and company vehicles are checked and maintained. You will carry out minor repairs & DIY as requested by the Caretaking Supervisor
What you’ll need
- You will be self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm.
- You will be committed to providing a high quality service to all residents.
- You will be able to plan efficiently and prioritise to ensure the effective use of own time.
- You will have a good level of written & oral communication skills to complete any records relating to Health & Safety and other activities relevant to post.
