What you'll do
We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a customer focused individual with significant experience in the Housing sector, to join our dedicated Commercial Services Team as an Accommodation Manager. You will be responsible for providing excellent accommodation services to customers in line with our service standards and contractual obligations with NHS stakeholders.

You’ll maintain compliance with local risk management controls to ensure customers, contractors, partners and staff live or work in a safe environment. You will Lead on the local delivery of our operational plans ensuring KPIs are achieved, contractual obligations met and maximising occupancy and income. You’ll work collaboratively with central services and the NHS Trust to promote engaging and positive relationships. When required, you’ll be expected to provide cover in managing the site office, including staff and budget.

Please note that this role is being offered on a 6-Month Fixed Term Contract working 18 hours per week. You will be required to travel between our Luton and Kettering sites as required.

What you’ll need

  • Up to date knowledge of housing legislation and requirements for housing in multiple occupations.
  • An understanding of accommodation services including best practice, the regulatory framework and relevant legislation within which Registered Providers operate.
  • Good knowledge of health & safety and compliance in a residential setting.
  • Expertise in Contract and Project Management.
  • The ability to prepare performance reports and manage budgets.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills used to meet deadlines.
  • The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • The ability to work productively with internal departments and external partners and other bodies
